Todd Silver

Todd has twenty years of leadership and investment experience in Real Estate Finance and is a Co-Founder of Archon Capital and a Principal Partner of Archon Homes. In 2010 Mr. Silver initiated and led the successful securitization of Archon Homes’ initial portfolio of approximately 500 homes with a Blackstone wholly owned business group.

Todd’s primary responsibilities include helping manage Archon’s Single Family Rental platform, corporate governance, strategic planning, investment management, corporate finance, and compliance.

Prior to Archon Todd held management positions at the Private Mortgage Bank for US Bank, and leadership positions with Wells Fargo Private Bank and Bank of America.

Todd is a graduate of University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business with a degree in Business Administration.
