Archon Capital Homes Closes 1031 Sale

CLOSING ANNOUNCEMENT: Archon Capital Homes is pleased to announce that it closed on a 1031 Exchange sale of 23 Single-Family-Rental Homes in conjunction with an independent broker-dealer.

Archon’s most recent 1031 exchange transaction consists of twenty-three Single-Family-Rental Homes sold to a private purchaser represented by an independent regional broker-dealer. The twenty-three sold properties are geographically diversified and are comprised of single-family-rentals in San Antonio and the greater Cleveland Metropolitan Area. The properties consist of a mix of two and three-bedroom homes. At the time of the exchange, all of the properties were fully occupied and renovated to Archon standards. The portfolio was sold at an attractive cap-rate to the investor.
