J. Hamilton (“Hank”) Coleman

Hank has thirty three years of leadership experience in C-Level Positions including CEO, CFO, and COO roles for over fifteen start-ups and early stage companies across multiple sectors.
He negotiated and led the sale of his software company Twenty/20 Visual Systems,Inc. to Radiant Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: RADS) and remained on to serve as the President of the Food Services Division, which was acquired by NCR in 2011.
Most recently Hank served as President and CFO of TriggerPoint Performance Therapy. While at TriggerPoint he also led the Mergers and Acquisition Team, which successfully negotiated the sale of the Company to Berkshire Partners’ subsidiary Implus Footcare in an all cash transaction.
Hank is a graduate of Southern Methodist University where he was a University Scholar and graduated Magna Cum Laude in Mathematics and Finance. In addition to his studies at Southern Methodist University, Hank also studied Mathematics and Russian History at the University of Durham in England.
Hank proudly served his country from 1971-1974 in the US Navy Special Forces.
